Das Märchen vom
kleinen Muck

Der kleine Muck.
Teil II

The little Mook.
Part II

The little Mook finds out quickly that it is with the found shoes not about usual shoes, but around the magic shoes which can bring its porter terrifically quickly to its aim. Therefore, he decides to proceed in the palace of the sultan to apply himself there as a fast courier.

He is led by the big visor of the sultan by gorgeous ways and about halls provided with marble out in the garden to the sultan and dess royal suite. There offers the little Mook to the sultan its services as an express courier in which should be decided by a race between him and the current runner.

The sultan agrees to the bet and allows to bring Mook by the big visor to the current runner.

The running is determined for the next day. Naturally the runner of the sultan was faster first than Mook which also still lost its shoes to all abundance and also got still in Fontaine. It lasted for a while, since he could free himself again and follow the runner. But then he decided the running for himself and became therefore of the sultan's new courier. Meanwhile the sultan Mooks shoes seized, but he did not know how he would come to the standstill again. So he rests by the whole palace. Nobody could help him to Mook arrived, which amused itself deliciously about the sultan... To free him then at last from the shoes.

By an intrigue of the courtiers, particularly by the big visor, the Amarza which desired daughter of the sultan to the wife who loves, however, prince Hassan, it is put little Mook first in chains and is brought in the prison. But, nevertheless, then he is freed and is hunted for the palace.

Princess Amarza places the big visor in the gate to the speech and explains to him that she would never become his wife. The big visor laughs only maliciously. What he does not see is the fact that even the guards had grown fond of the small fellow and to him lane stand as him the palace leaves. Also he does not know that princess Amarza meets in secret prince Hassan in the palace garden and that her the little Mook had promised to her and prince Hassen to help.

The little Mook holds its promise and returns in the palace of the sultan where he tells the intrigues and machinations of its courtiers and also this to him that its big visor desires princess Amarza to the wife whom, however, prince Hassan loves. After the sultan all to the speech had placed, they begged all for mercy. Princess Amarza may invite their Hassan in the palace where afterwards a big and magnificent wedding took place.
